How long will it take to receive my order? We know you’re excited to receive your new pieces! Every NUDA order undergoes a careful quality check and processing period of 1–2 business days.

Europe: Delivery typically takes 6–10 business days.

International: Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, carrier delays may occur.
Where can I find my tracking number? Transparency is key. Once your order is hand-packed and leaves our facility, an automated shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you haven't received an update within 4 business days, please check your spam folder or reach out to our support team so we can assist you.
Do you ship discreetly? Your privacy is our priority. Every NUDA order is shipped in plain, unmarked secondary packaging. There are no brand logos or "lingerie" labels on the outside of the box or mailer, ensuring your delivery remains your business only.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering? We move fast to get your orders out! We can usually accommodate address changes if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. However, once an order is marked as "Shipped" in our system, we are unable to redirect the package. Please double-check your details at checkout to ensure a smooth delivery.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged? While we take great care in packaging, accidents can happen. If your item arrives with a defect, please contact us within 14 days with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We are committed to making it right for our community.
How do I know which size to pick? Since many of our designs, like the Azure Meadow Teddy, feature adjustable corset-style lacing and high-cut silhouettes, they offer a versatile fit. We highly recommend consulting our Size Guide to compare your measurements before purchasing. When in doubt, sizing up for structured pieces is usually the safest bet.
