Shipping Policy At NUDA, we strive to get your new favorites to your door as quickly and securely as possible. Every order is handled with care and processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Europe: Estimated delivery within 6–10 business days.

  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is dispatched.

  • Customs: For international orders, please note that local customs processing may occasionally add a few days to the delivery window.

Returns & Exchanges Due to the intimate nature of our products, we prioritize hygiene and safety for all our customers.

  • Returns: We only accept returns on items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Process: Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the defect.

  • Exchanges: To ensure a perfect fit, please refer to our Size Guide before purchasing, as we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizing once the garment has been tried on.
